Ginger Prawns


Serves 4, Preparation time 10 minutes, Power setting HIGH, Cooking time 2 minutes.



250 g (8 oz) peeled prawns


250 g (8 oz) bean spouts


3 spring onions, shredded


Half a red pepper, sliced finely


1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh root ginger


2 teaspoons oyster sauce


2 teaspoons sesame oil


1 tablespoon soy sauce




Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, then cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir & serve immediately.
